Kim Kardashian West & Family Joining Bruce Jenner for '20/20' Transgender Interview

Not long ago a source close to the Kardashian-Jenner family told People magazine that the crew was going through a rough patch after finding out Bruce Jenner would be transitioning into a woman. The source said that the "Divorce caused a divide, but Bruce's decision to share his transition has caused an even greater divide." That was nearly a month ago but these days, it seems like the family has begun to heal. Jenner announced he'll be interviewed on 20/20 and joining him will be the entire Kardashian and Jenner clan.

The interview will take place Friday night. Kim Kardashian West made the announcement they all will be together to reporters in New York City at Variety's Power of Women event Friday. According to her, they'll all be a family -- which is long removed from the days where they were in an alleged "rough patch" over the news.

"We're going to watch the special together as a family, with Bruce," West told to the media during the event. That's pretty much all I'll say about that today. I'll let the special come out and speak for itself."

Jenner is hoping for the best when it comes to the interview. "I hope I'm gonna be okay. I feel like I'm gonna be okay. 2015's gonna be quite a ride," said Jenner. "Quite a ride."

The interview will also feature some home shots of the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Kim, Kourtney and Chloe will be there as well as four of six of Jenner's children -- Burt, Casey, Brody and Brandon. All the segments have been taped and are ready for air now.

That same source says they have all been "very supportive" but it has not been an "easy situation" for them to handle.
