Losing weight isn't the easiest thing. Hell, we've all realized that. But what if there were some delicious meals you could enjoy that actually help you lose the weight and burn the fat you want to rid yourself of? Well, consider yourself in luck, folks, because Health.com recently unveiled a list of foods that are fat-burning AND delicious, all of which will lead to that bikini body you're hoping for. 

Who knew both could go hand-in-hand?

Let's take a look at the top 7 meals that: a) taste good, and b) can help you lose weight.

7. Tuna and White Bean Crostino
Okay, so this might be a stretch in the "taste good" department, but it is rather healthy and has proven to fill you up. The publication notes that there are 4 grams of "resistant starch" in the meal, which help you burn fat.

6. Salmon Noodle Bowl
We're getting closer to good taste. This salmon bowl will help you speed up that calorie burn, with the veggies adding a touch of fiber that make it "easier to maintain a healthy weight," according to Health.

5. Blueberry Oat Pancakes
Now here's something we know we love: pancakes! With the obsession the world (or maybe just America) has with pancakes, the blueberry oat pancakes don't stray too far away from the traditional pancake. They taste good and hold 6 grams of fiber and 26 grams of protein. And as we all know, protein is key.

4. Grilled Chicken with Succotash
