Taylor Swift, Chrissy Teigen Sexy Celebrity Fitness [PHOTOS]: ModelFIT Workout Secrets Revealed

Staying in shape sure isn't an easy feat, which is why it's important to try and find the best fitness program out there for your body. Anyway, the program is all the rage in Hollywood – in the New York Hollywood, that is – incorporating "dance-like moves" that are both playful and intense.

Per a report from The Huffington Post, ModelFIT is a fitness program located in New York City that kicked off just under two years ago. It was started by health guru Vanessa Packer and trainer Justin Gelband; the two decided to mesh their two styles together to form one that would benefit everyone in every way possible.

"Once we became friends, we started talking about the possibility of working together––doing what I was doing with the nutrition stuff, and what he was doing with the fitness stuff," Packer told HuffPost. And in just two years, the duo opened up their spot.

Now, while there appears to be many boutique spots popping up throughout the country, ModelFIT seems like it might just be worth your time. HuffPost reportedly went to a class – which is $40 per class, by the way – and admitted that it was a "solid" class.

"Although there were jumping jacks, ankle weights, arm, ab, and leg exercises involved, perhaps the best part was how little huffing, puffing and sweating the hour entailed."
