The first season finale of the Batman prequel, Gotham, aired on Fox. Before Season 2 gets underway, the cast of Gotham, including Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie), Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor), and young Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) will be making an appearance at 2015 San Diego Comic-Con.

In our finale recap, after a botched hit, Gordon (McKenzie) came to the rescue of Carmine Falcone just when Penguin was about to slit his throat. Trouble mounted for the detective as Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) returned with a vengeance and shot Sal Maroni (David Zayas) in the head. Elsewhere, Barbara confessed to Leslie that she murdered her parents and almost tried to kill her.

In the closing minutes, Falcone gave up his life of crime after Jim helped him reach a safe house. The Penguin (Taylor) took his revenge on Fish, grabbed her, and threw her off the roof; officially making him the number one mob boss. Bruce (Mazouz) discovered his father was actually hiding the Batcave.

According to Variety, convention-goers should get ready for Super Hero Saturday Night on July 11:

"Warner Bros. Television and DC Entertainment will again welcome fans into the worlds of some of DC Comics' greatest characters during a three-hour super-experience. The exclusive evening will feature a pilot screening of the highly anticipated new action series Supergirl, followed by a Q&A with stars and producers; plus, individual special video presentations and Q&As with stars and producers from Arrow, The Flash and Gotham. Also, don't miss a special Q&A with cast and producers of DC's Legends of Tomorrow and a peek at the new digital series Vixen."

As we previously mentioned, viewers will be seeing more of Jim Gordon's love interest, Dr. Leslie Thompkins (Morena Baccarin), Luscious Fox (Chris Chalk), and Harvey Dent (Nicholas D'Agosto) during the sophomore season. Each cast member has been upped to series regulars.

Readers, are you excited to see the cast of Gotham at Comic Con?
