Back in May, MStars News brought you word that there was a Chris Farley documentary being prepped for release. The documentary is scheduled to air on Spike this coming Aug. 10. In the film, titled I Am Chris Farley, the likes of Adam Sandler, Bob Saget, Lorne Michaels, Tom Arnold, David Spade, and many, many more – including several Saturday Night Live co-stars – are interviewed to discuss their late friend who died back in 1997 from an overdose. The film details Farley's intense rise up the comedy ladder, and ultimately touches on what made him spiral downward.

The trailer for the film has just been released via BuzzFeed Entertainment's Facebook Page.

Take a look at a look inside I Am Chris Farley below:

David Spade, Christina Applegate, Dan Aykroyd, Lorne Michaels, Mike Myers, Adam Sandler, Molly Shannon and more reflect on the comedian’s life and legacy in I Am Chris Farley.

"Anytime you can talk about Chris Farley is a good day, man," says comedian Jay Mohr, who worked with the late improviser during their time at Saturday Night Live.

And while the film ultimately displays the immense hilarity that Farley had, it certainly doesn't fail in showing the emotional side of what went down with the legendary name. In fact, comedian and Full House star Bob Saget jokes during the trailer, "Everybody cries through this, right?"

Throughout the trailer, Farley's friends used several words and phrases to describe the powerful force he was:

"Infectious." -Christina Applegate
"Funniest guy ever." -Bob Odenkirk
"Natural." -Molly Shannon
"Infuriatingly talented." -Lorne Michaels

I Am Chris Farley airs on Spike this coming Aug. 10.
