After making her way from the blockbuster Captain America movies, Marvel's Agent Carter will be returning for Season 2 on ABC. In the upcoming new season, in the 10 episode arc, will Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) reunite with her sidekick, Edwin Jarvis (James D'Arcy), for new missions and secrets?

As we previously mentioned, ABC has greenlit a second season for Agent Carter and a third season for Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. We were waiting to hear if the period drama will stay on as an 8 episode miniseries when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is on hiatus. On her official Twitter account, Attwell shared a snapshot, promising "new missions."

We also mentioned, the second season plot synopsis follows, "Dedicated to the fight against new atomic age threats in the wake of World War II, Peggy must now journey from New York City to Los Angeles for her most dangerous assignment yet. But even as she discovers new friends, a new home - and perhaps even a new love - she's about to find out that the bright lights of the post-war Hollywood mask a more sinister threat to everyone she is sworn to protect."

According to Entertainment Weekly, not only is James D'Arcy, aka Jarvis is back, Enver Gjokaj (Agent Daniel Sousa) will also be returning. The two have signed on as series regulars for the sophomore season.

Deals are currently underway for Chad Michael Murray (Agent Jack Thompson), Bridget Regan (Dottie Underwood) and Lyndsy Fonseca (Angie Martinelli). Hopefully, the whole gang will be back for a second round.

We all mentioned before, Marvel TV is returning to Comic Con with Marvel's Agent Carter on Friday, July 10. There will be a panel session from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM in Ballroom 20. The cast and producers of Marvel's Agent Carter will be on stage to discuss their upcoming season.
