If you're looking to get into shape and burn fat this summer, we've got some tips for you. Per a report from Men's Health, it's said that doing 50 reps of an exercise that targets your six-pack abs, shoulders, core and chest, can get you ripped beyond belief. Of course, that doesn't mean you have to do 50 reps in a row, just as long as the end number is such.

And while many of you might be squawking at the thought of doing an exercise 50 times, just remember that if you want to burn it, you've got to earn it!

Yep, that's some seriously cheesy workout motivation we just dropped on you. You're welcome.

The best part? Most of the exercises are both easy and known to you already. So, let's take a look at some of the best exercises to rip that body into a fast metabolism, Brad-Pitt-in-Fight-Club-like sex symbol, shall we?

CRUNCHES
Most of us know how to do a basic crunch. Lie down on your back, bend your knees and place your hands behind your head. Lift your head, neck and shoulders up and hold for a few seconds. Finally, go back down to the floor.

PUSH-UP
Much like the above, the push-up is a very well known exercise, and perhaps that's because it's an incredibly effective move. The key with doing a push up is to make sure your chest is almost touching the floor, then push yourself back up.

JUMPING JACKS
We're going back to sixth grade gym class here, folks. But oddly enough, jumping jacks are a wonderful mix of cardio and stretching, as it gets your heart rate up and allows you the ability to extend both your legs and arms.

For more exercises that you can do to burn fat, head on over to Men's Health. Once you're ready, make sure you're hitting all these moves 50 times in the end. It should only take about 20 minutes, which means there's no excuse not to do it, readers.

But will that prevent you from making one?
