To say Disney/Pixar's new The Good Dinosaur trailer is beyond precious is a bit of an understatement, especially when we're talking about prehistoric Earth. We know the animation studio's movies are all pretty cute, but we can see from this new trailer that the 2015 release is one of the most adorable to date! Watch this new trailer below.

Entertainment Weekly says, "[The film] introduces audiences to Arlo, an orphaned Apatosaurus who becomes BFFs with a little boy nicknamed Spot. Set against a series of startlingly realistic backdrops that includes dense forest, grassy meadows, and craggy mountain tops, the cartoonish-looking pair encounter a slew of other wild animals." The relationship might remind older generations of Disney's animated classic The Fox and the Hound, where another pair forms and unlikely friendship. From the first words we see in the trailer "a single moment" to the bonding we see evolve on the screen it's clear that the film will be quite a treat. The movie stars the vocal casting of Jack Bright, Francis McDormond, Jeffrey Wright, AJ Buckey, Anna Paquin, Sam Elliot, Marcus Scribner and Raymond Ochoa as Arlo.

The movie did at one point in time seem doomed due to the fact that Pixar Studios delayed the release of the film. It was supposed to be released in 2014 and Pixar Studios president Jim Morris told Entertainment Weekly that it "wasn't quite working" and that the movie that eventually was made is different than the previous work they had done on it. There had been a director switch and story line revamping. Morris told Entertainment Weekly, "This was a very, very different movie. It's got a couple of characters that are similar to the original one, but everything else, the story and everything is different." According to Morris, the film is also a much different tale than Pixar's most recent summer release, Inside Out, directed by Peter Docter.

The Good Dinosaur will hit theaters November 25, 2015 so start getting excited for more news on its upcoming release! Check out the latest trailer that was released this week:
