Teen Choice Award Winner Britney Spears Has Some Serious Yoga Moves!

Britney Spears has soaked up a lot of negative attention in the past couple of years, but it seems like the pop queen is turning over a new Zen lifestyle instead of worrying about it. She recently posted a photo of herself doing serious yoga moves on Twitter and Instagram. Us Weekly reports, "[Spears posted a photo of herself in a] handstand while stretching her legs against a wall on Twitter. 'Saturday hotel room yoga!' she captioned the photo of herself wearing tiny pink shorts and a crop top that exposed her toned abs." This isn't the first time she has let her fans and social media know about her change and her determination to get into shape both mentally and physically. Yahoo! News says, "The singer has been documenting her meditative exercise on social media with some regularity, including a snap from July in which she's quite literally bending over backward to stay in shape."

Spears recently attended the Teen Choice Awards for her new album. However, "the "Pretty Girls" singer is no stranger to the Teen Choice Awards - she's won 8 surfboard so far, including the Ultimate Teen Choice Awards (the show's version of a lifetime achievement award) in 2009. She was also at the first-ever Teen Choice Awards in 1999," People reports. She was dressed to the nines and was smiling for the cameras. Hopefully, she has put a lot of her painful past behind her and moving on to bigger and better things. The awards took place on Sunday night and she just so happened to win Candie's choice style icon award. She dedicated it to her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James and her niece Lexie "who was in the audience," People says. Her other two big awards, female artist and choice music, were for her collaboration with Iggy Azalea and their song Pretty Girls. People also reports, "Spears flew out to Los Angeles on a break from her Las Vegas show, Britney: Piece of Me. She's be back in Sin City soon enough as her show will pick back up on Tuesday."
