Chelsea has seen some new signings in the last week or so, the most recent being Spanish player Pedro. Speaking to the press ahead of this weekend's match, coach Jose Mourinho shared his excitement over the new player.
"When I saw him playing the European Super Cup and Spanish Super Cup like they were the last games of his career, I always thought with that commitment and attitude he would stay at Barcelona, for sure," the coach said, according to Chelsea's website. "So when we know he's that kind of professional, that gives everything but clearly wants to leave, it was an opportunity and as a club we decided to try to get him. Obviously we are happy the player chose us."

Meanwhile, West Brom is hoping to sign defender Federico Fazio in time to play today's game. As of Friday morning, all we heard is that Fazio was training with the squad.
"[He's] here and having a medical and we're hoping to get it done," manager Tony Pulis revealed this week. "He's a very good defender coming from a top club in Tottenham and the boy wants to play regular football."
