Coach Roberto Martino told the media that a victory could come if Everton pulls off a great team effort today.

"When you perform as a team, you are always going to see certain individuals with enormous talent shining," he said, according to Everton's website. "But the key is to perform well as a team...It is the same with Sunday - if we rely on one or two individuals, we are going to fall short. It is about making sure the performance of the team is at the same level. Within that, you will see certain individuals show their quality and making a big difference."

Meanwhile, coach Manuel Pellegrini opened up about City's recent signing, Nicolas Otamendi.

"I think he is a very good player, he is improving," the manager said. "I know him when he played in Porto with Mangala, both of them against Malaga in the Champions League. Last season with Valencia, he had a very good season. He is improving every year. He is a good header of the ball. That is important here in England."
