We know that the recent signing of FC Barcelona's Pedro to Chelsea has already had an impact on the Premier League with the defending champions getting a win this weekend, thus moving up in the 2015/2016 schedule standings. Pedro's debut goal certainly has coach Jose Mourinho happy, with some newfound yearning for even newer signings. Reports and rumors suggest that owner Roman Abromovich has agreed to spending millions on two new players, Paul Pogba and John Stokes, who have both been linked to the team since the opening of the transfer window. According to The Express, Everton isn't ready to let Stones go to the defending Premier League champs. Unfortunately for them, Stones is eager to join Chelsea. The 21-year-old defender, who will most likely replace the captain John Terry, is set to submit a formal transfer request sometime soon.

Meanwhile, Juventus' 22-year-old midfielder Pogba could move to Chelsea if an impressive £70 million-plus bid is accepted. Mourinho is apparently determined to grab the footballer during the transfer window, especially since Barcelona has shown interest and would make offers starting in January (via The Telegraph).
