Ronda Rousey was invited to attend the Marine Corps Ball in a viral video by Jarrod Haschert, and the UFC fighter accepted. The champion fighter became the center of a different kind of spotlight when the Marine Corps member posted a video asking for her to be his date to the Ball in December, as she is his celebrity crush. The video garnered over 4 million views in a short period of time and everyone was rooting for the lance corporal. Soon enough, as you can guess, the viral footage made its way to Rousey, who talked to TMZ about it, stating she “would go for sure,” as long as she could get in contact with him.

"I actually can go but I don't know how to hit him up and say 'I want to go with you! I would go for sure." She even added that it might lead to some sparks flying during the night of the big dance when she said, “he’s cute!” Reports say that there may be some catches for Haschert during the evening, with one being that he might have to gather up some of his own single friends, since Rousey might have some of her girls tag along. Another catch reportedly is that he should be very chivalrous throughout the evening, which can be expected from a Marine Corps member anyway.

Rousey made sure to explain that she is “not a first date kind of girl” when it comes to letting a guy get lucky, so we know things will be running smoothly that night. Haschert should find a way to get in contact with the UFC fighter, since he won’t want to miss out on having the dream date of a lifetime.

Other celebrities have attended balls with U.S. Marines in the past, including Mila Kunis, Kim Kardashian and even Justin Timberlake. Hopefully, we will get to see these two in action on December 11th.
