Chris Brown Tour Bus Assault, Woman Claims Bodyguards Threw Her Off the Bus

Chris Brown is at the center of a tour bus assault case, as the singer was reportedly named in an investigation of a woman who was thrown off his tour vehicle. The “New Flame” singer has become the face of a case after a woman claimed that bodyguards “forcibly” threw her off of the tour bus that was parked outside of a video shoot in Colorado this past Monday night.

According to TMZ, the woman in question also claims that she was thrown off of the vehicle for refusing to give up her cell phone while aboard. She also says that her cellular device was destroyed during the same incident. The woman was not reported to be part of the crew for the shoot, with the bus having a strict “no cell phones” rule to avoid photos and videos being leaked anywhere outside of the site.  This in spite of the video showing the vast majority of people approaching the bus to be using cell phones moments before entering the bus.

She has since filed a 3rd degree assault report from the incident, leaving Brown to be named as a “person of interest,” along with his tour bus team.

Surveillance footage of the woman leaving the tour bus has been released, showing her practially running away from the vehicle and into the path of motorcycles passing by.  The woman then returns to the bus and can be seen apparently arguing with persons in front of the obscured bus door.  Moments later, what appears to be a cell phone is thrown from the bus, along with possibly the woman's shoes (she appears to be attempting to put shoes on later in the video).

Reports also say that authorities are investigating the case, and have yet to speak with Brown and his entourage about the incident. They do, however, plan to speak with them on their side of the story in the near future.

The tour bus was parked near the video shoot at Platinum 84 Gentleman's Club, which featured Chris Brown, as well as his tour mates French Montana and Fetty Wap.

Brown has been the face of many cases involving the law, despite his involvement or not. Earlier this year, he was alleged to have punched a person in the face during a pick-up basketball game at his Las Vegas hotel. His own Los Angeles home was also broken into while he was out of town, with his Aunt being locked into a closet as things were stolen.
