After winning his much-deserved Emmy on this past Sunday's Emmy Awards, Mad Men star Jon Hamm celebrated in perhaps the best way ever—by doing a back-to-back interview with Jimmy Kimmel Live'Guillermo. During the interview, Kimmel's sidekick asked the former Don Draper if he'd rather an Emmy or a ham sandwich.

Why? Well, because Hamm's last name is, well, Hamm! Which, of course, is the same word as "ham!" Sorry, we're just really excited about HAMM! And HAM!

Anyway, Guillermo spoke with a list of celeb Emmy winners, anyone from Mom's Allison Janney to Transparent star Jeffrey Tambor, but his Hamm interview stood out most because, come on, like we said before, it's Jon friggin' Hamm!

"You just won an Emmy. You have a choice – to keep the Emmy or to trade it for what's inside in the mystery box," Guillermo said, revealing the mystery box. After asking Guillermo what he thinks he should do, Hamm answered, "Here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna keep my Emmy. What did I lose?"

That aforementioned ham sandwich.

Click over to the 2:18 mark for Hamm's segment:

Sorry, Jon. Looks like you're still hungry. But hey, at least you have an Emmy!

Hamm won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for playing Don Draper on seven seasons of AMC's Mad Men. While the show has been nominated an astounding 115 times, and won 15 times in that, Hamm has consistently been nominated but has never taken home an Emmy

This year, with the show now over, it appears it was his for the taking!
