Barcelona will be without top footballer Lionel Messi due to a knee injury, but they have a solid squad nonetheless.

"Leo Messi is irreplaceable," manager Luis Enrique told the media this week. "We have to try and play the same way with different players, and the challenge of being competitive without our best player is an attractive one for us. Jordi Alba and Claudio Bravo will be available and we will see whether they will play."

Meanwhile, Leverkusen coach Roger Schmidt isn't getting too confident with the star player out for his opponents.

"Everybody thinks that if Messi doesn't play then that goes in favor of the opponents, but the truth is that we are playing against Barça. We have to give 100% knowing what their style is and the great players that they have," he said.
