ABC is continuing its television ties with Marvel as they team-up for a new comedy series, Damage Control. With the pilot in the works, the superhero show has been added to the lineup of Agents of SHIELD Season 3, which has already premiered, and the upcoming Agent Carter Season 2.

According to Variety, the ABC network has bought the potential script for a half-hour, single-camera sitcom. The upcoming series will follow the overworked, underpaid clean-up crew of the Marvel Universe. The project in development has already landed a pilot commitment.

The plot synopsis states, "the Marvel cleaning crew specializes in dealing with the aftermath of the unique fallout from super hero conflicts. They are the ones who are in charge of returning lost ray guns to their rightful owners, help to reschedule a wedding venue after it has been vaporized in a super hero battle or even track down a missing prize African parrot that's been turned to stone or goo. Sometimes the most important super heroes are the ones behind the scenes."

As we previously mentioned, Marvel Television has announced their official lineup for New York Comic Con. One panel will be devoted to the Marvel ABC series, Agents of SHIELD and Agent Carter. During the panel, a new SHIELD episode will be screened for attendees.

Unfortunately, no cast members have been announced from from either shows to join executive producer Jeph Loeb. But then again, as MStars attended last year's panel, Clark Gregg made a surprise guest appearance and a special clip from the pilot of Agent Carter was screened.

We also mentioned, there will be a SHIELD spinoff, Marvel's Most Wanted, which will revolve around Mockingbird (Adrianne Palicki) and Lance Hunter (Nick Blood). American Crime creator John Ridley is also developing a top-secret Marvel project.

No premiere date has been announced for Damage Control.
