In regards to rankings coming out of week four, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton is surprising us all this season, especially week four. If you've got him, start him! Meanwhile, players like Richard Rodgers, Charles Clay, and Allen Robinson should garner your attention this week, according to Fantasy Pros.

Taking a look at the waiver wire, we know that the streaming QBs could be harder this week. The depth of the waiver wire in this position is waning, but names like Jay Cutler, Alex Smith, Michael Vick and Blake Bortles still stand out, according to RotoWorld. Topping the waiver wire this week is Duke Johnson, running back of Cleveland Browns (pictured above). Allen Hurns, Rueben Randle, Leonard Hankerson and more, according to Fantasy Pros.
