YMCMB rapper, Lil Wayne's Miami Beach crib was seized and raided by the police yesterday due to a court order obtained by Signature Group for $2 million in missed leased jet payments. The 15,000 square-foot home has been listed on the real estate market for $18 million dollars, up $6.4 million more than he paid in 2006. It has a roof top skate park, nine bedrooms and a three bedroom guest house with a glass elevator, says the Daily News.

Judge Lisa S. Walsh of Miami Dade civil court initially denied Signature Group access or a "break order" in September, since they did not have proof if any assets were in the home. With the stroke of the pen, Judge Walsh could have given the plaintiff the right to enter the property and confiscate any valuables, both locked and unlocked, without permission from Lil Wayne, reported the Miami New Times.

Apparently, Signature Groups attorney's got creative and had a licensed realtor go on to the property, snap photos of any and all items that seemed valuable, while the home is on the market. They presented proof before the judge, along with a signed affidavit from the realtor and low and behold, the judge signed the order. Promptly, at 3 p.m., the sheriff's department broke the locks on the property and unloaded items from the crib.

For a guy with 3 or 4 names, these are hard times for Lil Tunechi and are never ending or so it seems. The rapper is currently suing long time friends and recording label, Cash Money Records, for a whooping $51 million.

He claims the label has not paid him for his upcoming album and according to RollingStones he announced the Thanksgiving release of mixtape No Ceilings 2, on Twitter. I guess he's channeling universal laws of attraction with that title or maybe his co-ownership shares with Jay Z's Tidal will help change his financial issues for the better.
