Say it ain't so! RHONJ's star Teresa Giudice has reportedly refused to allow sister in law, Melissa Gorga a prison visit, according to Radaronline and the show halts filming until Giudice's released. The tabloid reported that no one has received contracts since Bravo is awaiting their reality queens release from federal prison. Sources say, "Melissa claims that Teresa absolutely refuses to allow her to come see her in prison. "Melissa said, 'I have asked to go see Teresa, but Teresa refuses to see me. She just refuses.'" Considering the previous beef that the two in-laws has had, can you blame Giudice?

An insider revealed to Fashion & Style, "None of the cast members of RHONJ have signed contracts for next season. But there isn't anything to be concerned about because filming has been pushed from the summer and won't be beginning until late September, early October."

While mums the word from husband Joe Giudice and brother-in-law Joe Gorga, their colleague Jim Marchese wasn't afraid to publicly display his grievances with the network and executive producer, Andy Cohen. Jim told Radaronline exclusively, "It is BS that the entire cast, especially my wife, had their filming put on hold because Tre and Joe committed several felonies and [Teresa is] sitting in jail."

The not so shy father of four was also vocal about the Giudice's three-part special and its label as a spin-off from the original show. "Viewers were duped into thinking they were watching RHONJ," he says and added, "If Andy [Cohen] had so much confidence in Tre and Joe to pull ratings, he could have called it 'Teresa Checks In'...period!" "Andy is clearly endorsing Tre's behavior as it was focused on Tre and the sympathetic issues surrounding her kids," he claimed. "For example they were [shown] crying missing their mom and over-dramatized other hardships..."

And that's not even the half of it! Marchese seems to be a good-good American citizen. Perhaps Jim should run for a judgeship, so that he can get innocent victims some justice! He was allegedly enraged and says, "Not one scene was dedicated to the people she stole from, how their lives have been hurt or the children of families victimized by their crimes." He also griped about how his wife's brand name could be adversely affected by Teresa's imprisonment and added, "Every time they focus on Tre's incarceration, they hurt the show and its reputation." "Now, my wife has to decide if she wants her good name on a show this dark." His accusations continued, "The delays in filming and lousy ratings are just two more examples of how Tre's criminal activity hurt families."His wife, Amber doesn't have to say a thing since hubby has got her back. Let's hope he can fill her wallet with benji's. The question of the day is, will she stay or will she go?

MStars reported about the Marchese's accusing the Giudice's of exploiting their four daughters for the sake of television. If one thing is for sure and two things are for certain, this will be a season to watch, but we'll keep you up to speed. Stay tuned!
