Cleveland Cavalier star Lebron James just paid $21 million for what Variety described as an "East Coast-style mansion on a plum block in an uber-pricey pocket of L.A.'s Brentwood community." Wow, are you sold, too?

The property is 9,350 square feet colonial has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and boosts of a "less formal" feel. The marble accented kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a bay window. The master suite has a two-sided fireplace and a separate lounge area, while the backyard has a lap pool, an open cabana and a deck the allows scenic views of the mountains.

Apparently, the baller was able to unload his "three story waterfront contemporary" in Miami's posh suburb, Coconut Grove for $13.4 million bucks! Let us not forget to add his 30,000 square foot mansion in Akron, Ohio. The property sits on seven acres and has six bedroom; sounds like a luxurious haven.

According to ESPN, James' two year deal "follows' James' plan to keep year-to-year flexible to take advantage of expected increases in the salary cap," referring to the NBA salary cap changes which was considered a sweet deal for the 30 year old foreward and his agent.

What's also intteresting is, the move to Hollywood could signify more production credits for the baller who executive produced Starz series, Survivor's Remorse, which has recently been picked up for a third season. Starzs' managing director, Carmi Zlotnick released a statement saying, "Since it began, the critics instantly embraced the show, and now we've seen its fans grow season over season," reported Sports Illustrated.

King James recently starred in summer comedy, Trainwreck and in July, annouced a major televison, film and original content deal with Warner Bros.

Warner Bros. chairman Kevin Tsujihara says in a statement, "LeBron James has one of the most powerful, well-known brands in the world and we are excited to be in business with him and his partner, Maverick Carter, and SpringHill Entertainment." He added,  "The combination of LeBron's global media presence and Warner Bros.' unmatched production and distribution expertise is a big win for fans everywhere," USA Today reports. So, he took a dip into the Hollywood pond and seems to like it!
