Fans of AMC's The Walking Dead have been buzzing since the ending of the latest Season 6 episode after a mysterious voice contacted Daryl on a walkie talkie and asked for help. Everyone is convinced it's Glenn's (Steven Yeun) voice, but star Norman Reedus tells everyone not to get excited.

People have actually put together videos matching Glenn's voice to that of the speaker at the end of Sunday's episode. But we're forced to ask if these people have hurt themselves at yoga, because this is a painful stretch.

Still, the speculation has run rampant, and Reedus told Entertainment Weekly that the fans need to pump the brakes.

"At the very end we heard some voice saying 'Help' on the other end of the walkie-talkie. What can you say about that and what's coming up next?
I will say that voice is not Glenn.

I'm sure that's what people were wondering.
It's not Glenn. But it's probably somebody at Alexandria with all we know that's happening there."

Of course, Reedus could be misdirecting us. After all, he's not going to confirm that it's Glenn and remove all the suspense. But he could have given a noncommittal answer rather than definitively say no.

The actor then went on to describe his reaction to Glenn's death scene from several weeks ago. He explained how he was shocked and angry by what happened and then heard about fans' attempts to conceive a way in which Glenn survived.

"I turned that episode off when it was done and kind of walked around my room and was cursing at the floor," he said. "I was kind of in shock. Like I said, I was in the episode and I felt like that, so that's just the level of stuff we're doing right now. It's shocking and it's full of fear and full of disbelief and you don't want to believe things that you see. So that means we're doing a good job, I think."

What do you think, Walking Dead fans? Is that Glenn's voice on the walkie talkie? Let us know in the comments section below.
