Things are looking up for Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson after her life was in shambles when E! News uncovered the shocking news that her ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers was never treated at City of Hope Hospital for cancer. Vicki just revealed that daughter Briana Culberson is cancer-free and moving back home to California.

"God answered our prayers today. Briana/Ryan put an offer on a house today in OC and it was accepted. Everything is finally coming together," Vicki tweeted to her almost 600k followers.

While this is great news for the "OG from the OC" she is obviously even happier that her daughter doesn't have cancer. Last week, Vicki and Briana went from Oklahoma, where Briana lives, to Orange County so she could have surgery to remove enlarged lymph nodes.

"Biopsy results are back -----NO CANCER detected for Briana's most recent biopsy!" the ecstatic mom wrote. "Thank you Jesus. #answeredprayers."

E! News noted that Vicki talked about about what an inspiration her daughter was in 2012 dealing with her many surgeries in a blog post on the Bravo website.

"She has been through a lot herself in the past few years, and always has a smile on her face and always tells me like it is," the 10-year reality veteran wrote. "There is no grey area with her. She inspires me to look at the big picture of life, which is family and close friends, and to not let the things that don't really matter in the big picture weigh heavy on me."

It's been a crazy year for the mother-daughter pair with Briana constantly telling Vicki to dump Brooks because she felt he was a con-artist. Luckily, the girls are now back on track.

You can wish Briana well in the comments below.
