Ending 2015 without knowing where you will rest your head is not a way to go into 2016. Lil Scrappy of Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta is one of many who are facing this kind of trouble. Rolling Out reports that Scrappy, also known as Darryl Richardson, may soon be homeless for not paying the rent to his five-bedroom mini-mansion in Georgia.

Scrappy was recently served with an eviction notice from the property management firm, Williams Property Group. Bossip reveals that he owes $4,022.11 on a 4,000 square-foot home for back rent, late fees, utility bills, and court costs, according to court documents.

Bossip reports, Randy Williams of the Williams Property Group sued Scrappy on Nov. 18 for repeatedly not paying his $3,000 a month rent in the Atlanta suburbs. Rolling Out claims, "Scrappy is currently renting his five-bedroom mini-mansion for $3k per month."

If he is renting out his house for the amount he is obligated to pay each month, it begs some questions.  Are his tenants are not paying him on time?  Is he spending the money in other places?

What is that old saying? How you begin your year is how it will end. Well, in Scrappy's case this seems to be playing out. This is not the first time that he was found guilty of not paying his rent on time. Rolling Out reported, back in January, the Williams Property Group put forth effort to sue him over unpaid rent. Luckily, Scrappy and the property management firm were able to settle out of court.

Bossip also mentions, Scrappy has history of a house being foreclosed upon back in 2010 when he failed to make payments as well.

It makes one wonder if Scrappy has an accountant? Perhaps it would it be easier if his rent was automatically taken out of his account every month?

In the final episodes of Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta his on and off girlfriend of two-years, Bambi, just received a key to his place. Does this mean she will be having to find a new place to live as well?
