DMX can't manage to stay out of trouble! MStars News has learned that the rapper is a wanted man again after a warrant for issued after he reportedly missed a court date this week.

According to Bossip, DMX whose real name is Earl Simmons failed to appear in court for not paying his child support to his ex-wife, Tashera Simmons, and missed the court hearing. Judge Paul Marx was highly upset and ordered an arrest on the rapper on Monday, December 14.

The rapper was supposed to be in court at the Westchester County Supreme Court, but failed to appear after he promised to show up at his appointment.

MStars News previosuly learned that X was arrested back in October once again. He claimed that he couldn't go back to jail because needed to go make money in order to pay his ex. This time around X was performing in Las Vegas for "DMXmas" at the Foxtail Nightclub. His lawyer, Joseph Daniels told the judge the rapper had his dates mixed up. The lawyer claimed that DMX believed his court date was Dec. 15 not Dec. 14. You think the Judge believed that story?

According to Hip Hop DX, Judge Paul Marx said:

"It's going to be really hard to perform at the Westchester County Jail. DMX sat here at the table and said, 'If you let me go, I'm coming back.' Well, he ain't here. It'll be interesting to see if TSA picks him up on a warrant."

Judge Marx apologized to Simmons' ex-wife for not being able to get her case fixed. "Ms. Simmons, I am sorry for the inadequacies of the court system to get you any relief today," the judge said.

After court, Mrs. Simmons said she just wanted what was hers. "I just want him to own up to his responsibilities, so I can move on, so we can move forward," Simmons told the gossip site, Bossip. "I don't want to see him in jail. I want him to be an adult so we can move on. This is not a priority, There's always an excuse."

What do you think will happen to DMX? At least he wasn't lying about his whereabouts. Below is a clip of his Vegas performance.
