It looks like rapper Meek Mill may be back in jail after Judge Genece Brinkley didn't fall for his pleas and begs, but does that mean his longtime girlfriend Nicki Minaj will break up with him? According to News Works, Judge Brinkley is highly upset with the Philadelphia rapper after giving him more than enough chances to clean up his act, and stay on the right path.

During court on Thursday, Judge Brinkley found Mill guilty of violating his probation and revealed that it wasn't the first time that this has happened; it actually was his fourth violation.

"He's been doing this the entire time. Not following the instructions," Brinkley revealed. The judge allegedly asked the rapper to report to court every 60 days to have his travel approved, which would've been his check-in but apparently Mill hasn't been doing that.

"Who gets to do that? It still didn't work," the judge said.

The site revealed that Mill is expected to return to court for his sentencing in Febuary, where he will probably be told that he is returning back behind bars. Judge Brinkley also ruled that Mill was not allowed to leave a five-county area around Philly before his sentencing in next year.

Mill also submitted a urine sample that turned out to be cold water. Despite the fake test, he claimed that he didn't tamper with it.

Minaj was present during Thursday's hearing and we also learned that she testified for her boyfriend last week. Mill's attorney tried to persuade the judge to look at the rapper's positive actions instead of his negative but the judge wasn't having that.

"He's not a lawyer. He's not a person who knows how to keep schedules," the rapper's attorney Frank DeSimone said. "He's an artist. And he's creative. Those people are notoriously slipshod."

Bossip claimed that his lawyers even used Michael Jackson lyrics to try to keep Mill out of trouble.

According to TMZ, Meek Mill broke down while speaking to the judge. "I'm not a gangsta. I'm not a criminal," Mill said, and added, "I have my queen, Nicki [Minaj] now. I'm trying to do better and feel like I can be the best rapper out there." The rapper's probation is connected to a 2007 arrest. Mill whose birth name is Robert Williams, was charged and found guilty of carrying a gun without a license and other charges.

Back in 2009, he was sentenced to one year in county prison, but got out on parole after serving only five months.

He is now looking at five to ten years in prison for violating his probation. MStars News wants to know: Do you think Minaj will stick by her man if he goes back to prison?
