This year has been a tough one for Young Money Cash Money Billionaire recording artist, Lil Wayne. He has a brand new lawsuit filed against him for neglecting to pay a tab of $375,239 to attorney Michael Kramer. According to XXL, "Kramer was the lawyer representing Wayne in his efforts to be released from his Cash Money Records contract." And continues,, "In the lawsuit, Kramer says he 'made numerous attempts to resolve the dispute amicably. These attempts were ultimately unsuccessful.'"

Apparently, the "Lollipop" lyricists' intial agreement was to pay a retainer of $20,000 and a monthly payment in 2013. Kramer continued to bill the rapper from November 2014 and by September 2015, the lawsuit was filed, even though Wayne was billed up until October 2015. Kramer compaaint that he "made numerous attempts to resolve the dispute amicably. These attempts were ultimately unsuccessful."

Ironically, this past October, TMZ reported that new legal documents claim the Nicki Minaj, Tyga and Drake "got screwed by Birdman" too. And that an advance of $100 million from Universal Music group went to the Cash Money and Wayne received zero.

The reports also state, "He has letters from Drake and Tyga's people claiming they got stiffed out of a fortune. And Nicki's people say in a separate letter her producers also got shortchanged by Young Money, and Wayne says it's Cash Money's responsibility to pay producers."

Cash Money Records' response was that Weezy received a $20 million advance in 2012, #12 million for his solo projec,t and "$20 million in advances, royalties, marketing, and recording costs for various Young Money." To make matters worse for the label, the alleged 21 albums was supposed to be turned in within seven years, but only completed thirteen! Will Cash Money count the mixtape No Ceiling 2 that was just released?

It is unclear whether Lil Wayne has a new attorney or if the court documents were filed by Kramer. But what seems to be clear is, this case will probably get a whole lot messier.
