Tamera Mowry-Housley is looking great after giving birth to her second child, a baby girl whom she and her husband, Adam Housley named Ariah Talea. So what's helping this hot mama shed the pounds? Mowry-Housley claimed that her daughter, Ariah "loves to eat," which is contributing to her major weight loss while breastfeeding.

During a recent interview with Huffington Post, Mowry-Housley said: "Because she loves to eat, and I'm nursing exclusively, that has helped me shed a lot of my baby weight. I gained more weight the second time around. I stopped counting around 60 [pounds]."

It doesn't look like Mowry-Housley gained that much! She's looking stunning these days. Check out her post baby body in the snapshot with her cute daughter below.

Despite having a positive outlook on breastfeeding, The Real co-host revealed that she didn't have that great of a success story with her son, Aden John Tanner Housley. "With [my first child] Aden, it didn't [affect my weight.] It's just so different! Each pregnancy, each postpartum, each child is different," she explained. "But for some reason with Ariah, maybe because she just likes to suck it all out of me ... I'm really burning a lot of calories, and it's helping me."

MStars News previously learned that Mowry-Housley was breastfeeding in a new post she wrote on her blog about motherhood. The mother-of-two revealed that she and her daughter shared a special bond as she is breastfeeds.

"I can't fully express how it actually feels, but the bond it's building between us is amazing. I cherish every second I can sit down and feed her. It's our private time together, and I really find it so relaxing. It makes me feel good to know that I can give her everything that her body needs, and I plan to do so until she's one year," Mowry-Housley wrote.
