David Lucado, Britney Spears Spotted Out in Public Together: Virginia Native Seen at Tanning Salon With Former 'X Factor' Judge

Britney Spears was spotted going out for lunch with her new boyfriend on Thursday. The 31-year-old Spears and 27-year-old David Lucado were seen out and about enjoying themselves and looking happy. The couple have not been spotted together often. The first time they were seen out in public together was on Valentine's Day when they went for a golf and sushi date. On Thursday the two were seen at Cisco's in Camarillo, California.

Just in January Spears called off her engagement to fiance Jason Trawick. Spears said in a statement at the time, "Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement. I'll always adore him and we remain great friends." Spears was dating Trawick for more than three years, while Trawick acted as Spears' former agent and co-conservator.

According to E! Online, Lucado is from Virginia and he currently has a job at a law firm in L.A.. He also has worked in insurance and as a bartender. By all accounts, it looks like Lucado is just a normal Joe with no affiliation to Hollywood, other than working in Los Angeles.

The new couple were also spotted out at a tanning salon in California. They were photographed going to Forever Bella tanning spa in Thousand Oaks, Calif. This was reportedly the second time in a week they were at the tanning salon.

Spears is currently working on her eighth studio album, which will be released through RCA Records. The singer also recently announced she would not be returning for another season as a judge on "The X Factor." She reportedly made $15 million and became the highest paid judge on a singing competition in TV history.

Despite going through a number of ups and downs throughout her career, Forbes magazine named Spears music's top earning female in 2012. Spears reportedly earned as much as $58 million last year.
