There are a ton of rumors out there surrounding J.J. Abrams' upcoming December 18, 2015 Star Wars: The Force Awakens from studios Disney and Lucasfilm, and it turns out some of the speculation can now be considered spoilers! According to the director himself, some of the rumors we've been hearing and reporting on do have some credibility to them, but obviously Abrams won't divulge which reports are true. Is Taron Egerton Young Han Solo In 2016 'Star Wars' Spin-Off Movie? [RUMORS]

Details surrounding the first Star Wars spin-off movie, which hits theaters one year after J.J. Abrams' 2015 blockbuster Star Wars: The Force Awakens, have been pretty sparse, with only rumors about the plot details, characters and casting popping up every once in a while. We do know that Godzilla filmmaker Gareth Edwards is set to direct the stand-alone film and that Academy Award nominee Felicity Jones could be the female lead, but that's about it. So, did everyone see John Travolta and Idina Menzel make amends during last night's 87th Oscars? You know, because he totally butchered her name at last year's Academy Awards. Well, it appears the two decided to face the music straight on and make a joke of it during last night's ceremony. And while it was great that they were able to create some funny, it seems Menzel and the Oscar writers overlooked one thing ... John Travolta is kind of creepy. Calling out her "very dear friend, Glom Gazingo," Travolta took to the stage with a big smile, ready to rectify any misdoings he may have done the year before.
