Shoemaker Converse said Tuesday, Oct. 14, that it has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against 31 retailers and manufacturers, including Walmart, Kmart, Skechers and H&M, accusing them of ripping off the design of its sneakers, according to a press release. Converse says it's fed up with rival shoe companies selling what the Nike-owned company calls clear knock-offs of its Chuck Taylor All-Star sneakers. World-renowned Canadian-American architect Frank Gehry designed a new art center in Paris, France, for luxury goods company Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, called Fondation Louis Vuitton.
