According to reports, 26 different critics' circles have chosen their picks for the best achievements in film for the year, and when all of the wins are accounted for, Tom McCarthy's "Spotlight" comes out on top. The film topped the list for Best Picture 14 times, with the closest competition being "Mad Max: Fury Road," which has eight wins. Other big winners include Brie Larson and Leonardo DiCaprio. Everyone seems to have an opinion about the Bill Cosby sexual assault case, and this includes Eddie Griffin. The comedian pitched in his two cents during an interview with DJ Vlad posted Wednesday. In the interview, Griffin makes some strong statements, essentially taking the blame off Cosby, saying, "All of them said the same thing: We 'went to the room.' Sarah Silverman made quite a splash on Twitter over the Christmas holiday weekend. On Christmas day, the comedienne and actress tweeted, "MERRY CHRISTMAS! Jesus was gender fluid!" The tweet immediately prompted a backlash, with several people sending hateful tweets to Silverman.
