"Teen Mom 2" reality star Adam Lind has just been released from jail following a domestic stalking violation. Chelsea Houska's former boyfriend and father to her daughter Aubree was placed in prison after his ex, Brooke Beaton, filed a complaint against him over the weekend. His ex lover also just recently filed for a restraining order against him in regards to their breakup earlier this year. According to "Us Weekly," Aubree's dad was released from the Minnehaha County Jail in South Dakota last night on $3,000 bond. "He was bailed out last night," a friend told Radar Online. Stars of "19 Kids & Counting" Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald can't seem to get enough of each other. The TLC stars, who just celebrated their one-month wedding anniversary, took to their Instagram to show off some PDA in honor of making it through the first month of marital bliss. This photo is more tame then the previous one the two lovebirds shared, which caused a lot of controversy and even got her parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, as well as sister Jill Duggar and husband Derick Dillard, involved. In the cute Instagram picture, which Jessa posted on her account, the reality star wrote, "Today we're celebrating our 1 monthiversary! @ben_seewald you're amazing! I'm so blessed to call you mine." The new kissing photo hasn't gotten the same backlash that their other one did earlier last month. Chelsea's former flame and father to her daughter Aubree has landed in jail again after domestic stalking charges were filed against him last night at 8 p.m. The star might have outstanding charges against him for car crashes and has already pled guilty to three different DUI cases, but now the star is facing some legal drama in regards to his ex-girlfriend Brooke Beaton. According to Radar Online, Lind's ex Brooke was the one who filed the complaint of domestic stalking last night, and he was brought in and booked at the Minnehaha County Jail in South Dakota. The former reality star was booked without bail and is set to appear in front of a judge today. "The Real Housewives of New York" pulled a pretty big move to try to save the show from getting canceled due to poor ratings. In a bid to save the sinking series, Bravo enlisted former housewife Bethenny Frankel to come back to "RHONY" at a pretty hefty price tag. But it seems that Bravo may be regretting the move, as Frankel has not been bringing the drama. Instead of causing tension with her costars, Frankel is looking to use the opportunity to play nice and rebuild her image. So could Bethenny choosing to play nice mean the end of the New York Housewives? It looks like Adele has one pesky habit that is keeping her highly anticipated follow-up album to "21" from being released. According to new reports, the singer's smoking habit is one of the factors that is in play when it comes to why her album, tentatively titled "25," has been taking so long. Should the British vocalist wait any longer to release the LP, she's going to have to change the name from "25" to "26," since she names them after the ages she was when recording them. According to reports from the "Daily Mail," the singer has finally realized what a burden smoking has become and how much it's affecting her career. The site's reporting that following the release of her second studio album in 2011 that doctors had pressured the starlet to give up cigarettes or she might not be able to sing again. Since then the star has had to undergo surgery, cancel shows and even put a hold on her studio recording sessions. But the singer has tried to give up smoking in the past without much luck.
