Are Cody Simpson and Gigi Hadid back together again? It certainly seems like it. The former lovebirds were spotted together last night at the Just Jared Homecoming Dance, and it looks like things were getting pretty romantic between them. The couple may have split earlier this year, but new reports are claiming that they are back together and trying to work on their relationship. It seems that the on-again/off-again couple are definitely trying to make things work in their relationship, as a source revealed just that to "E! News." The two arrived to the festivities together dressed in homecoming costumes: Cody, Justin Bieber's tour mate, wore a crown while Gigi donned a pageant sash. The two were caught holding hands and dancing together while talking to some of the other guests, including Kendall Jenner. "They are trying to make it work," an insider close to the Aussie pop star revealed to the news site. After attending the homecoming party, an eyewitness saw the two together at The Nice Guy after-party, where they partied until 2 a.m. "[They] looked like a giddy young couple and left together holding hands at 2 a.m.," a source told E! With the first part of the final "Hunger Games" installment premiering tonight, it looks like a lot of critics are voicing their opinion on whether or not the new flick is worth seeing. Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth all reprise their roles in the film franchise, and some of the biggest critics in the movie business are wondering if it's worth shelling out the money to see the terrific trio. The Barden Bellas are back, pitches, and we couldn't be more excited for their triumphant return in "Pitch Perfect 2." The college singing group may have won the national a capella championships in their first go-round, but now they are getting ready to take on the world. The sequel to the 2012 breakout film, starring Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Brittany Snow and Anna Camp, is back for another round of vocal runs, shenanigans and, of course, a lot of laughs. The new trailer for the film was just released on YouTube, and it looks epic in every way possible. What we can tell from the clip is that the girls will spend their senior year of college preparing for the world championships of a capella, and their journey will take them to some interesting places, including some down-low basement rift-offs and crazy-looking festivals. The comedy world has still been trying to move on following the tragic and unexpected death of Joan Rivers earlier this year. The 81-year-old's E! television series "Fashion Police" has also been trying to find a replacement for the star without much luck. The series, which returns in January, is only two months away from returning to the airwaves and news today is revealing that Joan's daughter Melissa Rivers has personally asked Kathy Griffin to take over Joan's spot. According to Radar Online, the series is looking at Griffin to take over the chair left vacant by Joan, and that it was Rivers's own daughter who brought up the idea. "Melissa told Kathy it is what her mother would have wanted," an insider revealed to the site. While "People" magazine reported that Kathy was approached by the network earlier this month, the red-headed star didn't know whether or not she wanted to take on the hosting gig. "I don't know if the situation is correct or right at this time for me. We'll see," the star explained to the magazine. But after being approached by Melissa, it looks like Kathy has changed her mind. E! denied the claim to the magazine, saying that Kathy wasn't even offered the position.
