According to reports, the Biebs' former bodyguard (Moshe Benabou) is currently suing the "Boyfriend" crooner for a whopping $421,261 in unpaid wages and unspecified damages. DEVELOPING: Reports confirm that a gunman wounded at least two individuals after opening fire at Taft Union High School in central California on Thursday, January 10. The shooter was taken into police custody at approximately 9:20 a.m. The school premises has since been evacuated and parents were informed to pick up their children at the school's football field. Reports confirm that Oakland Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain was arrested in Alabama hometown on Tuesday (Jan. 8) for providing a profane and false signature on a traffic ticket. Apparently McClain was pulled over by a Decatur policeman and handed a citation for his overly-tinted windows... but the NFL star wouldn't corporate. Instead of providing the officer with his proper identification, McClain signed the ticket with "Fu## Y'all" - he was then promptly arrested and later released on a $1,000 bail. Reports confirm that pop songstress Britney Spears will not be returning as a judge for the hit singing competition show "X-Factor" in its third season. Apparently 31-year-old Spears decided to quit because she is currently recording a new album and plans on touring soon... therefore she is much too busy to continue her stint on the "X-Factor." While Spears insists she loved working alongside fellow judges Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, and L.A.
