Man On Trial For Throwing Bananas At Dave Chappelle

Back in March of 2015, a heckler threw a banana at Dave Chappelle while he was doing a stand-up comedy set in New Mexico, which the comedian took as a racist act. Now that man, Christian Englander, 30, of Santa Fe, is facing charges of disturbing the peace and battery. Jury selection for Englander's trial is set for September 23rd. Bill Cosby Gets Quaaludes From Gynocologist

For a while now the media has been up in arms against legendary stand-up and TV comedian Bill Cosby, who ten years ago admitted to drugging women with Quaaludes in order to be able to have sex with them. Recently it has come to light that there was indeed a doctor who was prescribing these pills to Cosby specifically. It's hard to believe that this physician didn't question how the prescription was to be used but according to the Washington Post, Cosby received seven prescriptions from Leroy Amar, "a gynecologist and plastic surgeon," who was licensed in California, New York and Maryland throughout his troubled career. Longtime Bill Cosby fans David Letterman and Jerry Seinfeld have chosen to take their names, and comments praising the comedian, out of his 2014 biography Cosby: His Life and Times. The yank isn't too shocking considering Cosby's rape and sexual assault allegations, yet it seems the duo aren't the only ones whose names are being pulled.
