"Orange Is the New Black" star Taryn Manning is slamming the rumors that were made Wednesday, Nov. 19, that she was arrested for making criminal threats against her old friend. In a new tweet, now deleted, the actress wrote: "There are no charges against me. This is just further harassment. It is troubling that the system can be used to abuse the actual victim." Manning, 36, also added: "Oh! That's what happened huh? Id say get the ALL the facts correct before any posting @TMZ or tell the whole story. Let's get it right!"
