By Kenneth Brown | Nov 17, 2014 09:53 AM EST

The Cleveland Browns have battled the Brian Hoyer and Johnny Manziel saga for too long, and it seems that they're about ready to make up their minds for good. Hoyer can teat the free agent market in 2015 unless he signs a new contract. But it's believed there are concerns, as he wants big money Mike Pettine and Co. aren't prepared to pay, meaning Manziel will finally get the starting QB job. Rumours emerged yesterday, Nov. 16, that their opponents the Houston Texans and their OC Bill O'Brien, could try and tempt Hoyer to sign with them. The Browns are slowly making their minds up, but it's likely they will see how Josh Gordon performs with Hoyer upon his return next week. Read More »

By Kenneth Brown | Nov 13, 2014 09:59 AM EST

Brian Hoyer spent years trying to dislodge Tom Brady from his starting QB role for the New England Patriots, but he, similarly to Ryan Mallett, both failed to move him from his position. Hoyer is now happy with the Cleveland Browns, beating out Johnny Manziel, and he will now face Mallett, who is with the Houston Texans. Many are labelling this the "Brady Bowl", with fans wondering which back-up QB learned more under his guidance. Hoyer has insisted he respects Mallett, but also said he just wants to be a winner, and a winner with a new mega-contract in the NFL. Read More »

Brian Hoyer- Pay me like Andy Dalton or lose me

By Kenneth Brown | Nov 09, 2014 07:35 PM EST

With his lack of games, despite his good form, it's unlikely that he will get his wish, meaning Cleveland could hand the starting job to Money Manziel next season, exciting the fans and saving them millions of dollars in the process. Welcome to the NFL, Johnny. Read More »
