Aaron Rodgers and Chris Paul Team up With Dude Perfect--It's More fun Than a T-Swift Concert

By Devon Newport | Dec 25, 2015 02:50 PM EST

The sports trick shot is great. You know, throwing a football into the basketball hoop; kicking a soccer ball into a basketball hoop; throwing a frisbee into a basketball hoop (anything with a basketball hoop, really). There are no boundaries on creative freedom, either. Got a tennis racquet, an orange, and a moving target? You're all set. And, thanks to YouTube, we can see plenty of this sort of thing. That, and a lot of guys celebrating like they just won the Super Bowl. However, it's not just the average Joe that enjoys a good trick shot--star athletes do, too. People like Chris Paul and Aaron Rodgers. The pair recently joined up with trick shot experts, Dude Perfect. The result was, well, it was like a snow-cone on a warm summer day. Read More »

During Tuesday's preseason game against the Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers' star point guard, Chris Paul was ejected during the third quarter. Chris Paul Was Upset That a Girl Told Him What To Do; Thinking About Cootie Insurance?

By Jaymz Clements | Feb 06, 2015 11:52 AM EST

LA Clippers point guard and insurance salesman Chris Paul has been embroiled in a sexism scandal after he slammed female NBA ref Lauren Holtkamp, calling her ridiculous and saying NBA refereeing "might not be for her." After the Clippers lost 105-94 to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, Paul -- who is also the head of the NBA Players Association -- apparently upset that a GIRL told him what to do, lambasted Holtkamp's decision to call him for a tech in the third quarter of the game. Holtkamp is only the third full-time female referee in all of the major professional US sports (all in the NBA). Yeah. How dare a ref call a star who spends most of his games bitching and moaning at refs for a technical? Read More »

NBA Trade In The Works: Kevin Love & Blake Griffin

By Kenneth Brown | Nov 13, 2014 10:48 AM EST

Blake Griffin looks set to get in to huge trouble for allegedly assaulting somebody in club. Could the LA Clippers give up on the star, allowing for him to leave? If so, would Chris Paul remain, or would he want to move to the Cleveland Cavaliers, or even the Boston Celtics? There has been a lot of NBA trade rumours, suggesting that Kevin Love of the Cavs would love to move to the LA Lakers, but could he move to the Clippers instead? If any trade was to be finalized, expect Rajon Rondo of the Celtic to be involved to make it financially possible. Which player should go where, or will they all stay with their current teams? Jabari Parker has started well in his NBA career, but will the Air Jordan prodigy be good enough to help Michael Jordan win the 'Rookie of the Year' award? Team Jordan already has Blake Griffin and Chris Paul on their roster, and they recently added Milwaukee Bucks player Jabari, but the attention is already turning to a 'what can he bring to the team?' attitude, and well, what can he bring? We'll soon find out. Read More »

Can Music Stars Save Kobe Bryant's L.A. Lakers?

By Kenneth Brown | Nov 01, 2014 06:54 PM EDT

Blake Griffin's LA Clippers beat the LA Lakers, confirming that they are now the NBA kings of Los Angeles, and it appears their superstars, and some music stars, just aren't happy about their poor start to the 2014-15 season. Lil Romeo has insisted that he and Chris Brown are both good enough basketball players, that they could restore some credibility to Kobe Bryant's team, but could the struggling franchise give them a shot to prove their worth? Bryant is frustrated, and at this point, who knows what he will want and not want for his team. Read More »

Blake Griffin Facing Jail Time?

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 22, 2014 01:37 PM EDT

Blake Griffin has for a long while been seen as fundamental to the Los Angeles Clippers and their NBA championship dreams that they harbour, but that might soon change. The Clippers' center was recently out partying in a night club, with recent allegations emrging, suggesting that he assaulted a 39-year-old man over a cell phone. Now rumours are suggesting the Clippers are fed up of his attitude, and if he avoids a jail sentence, they may just trade him, and quite possibly for Rajon Rondo of the Boston Celtics, or another equally big-named player. Chris Paul, Blake Griffin Toughen Up Los Angles Clippers' Rookies Ahead Of 2014/15 NBA Season

By Kenneth Brown | Oct 20, 2014 12:52 PM EDT

The Los Angles Clippers are a heavy favourite to win the NBA championship in the 2014/15 season, and it seems they're readying their rookies with some harmless hazing. Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and many other Clippers stars took rookie C.J. Wilcox to a night club, and they forced him to dance while the majority of their roster watched on, laughing at him. He might well of felt alone for that minute, but the Clippers evidently believe that bonding will bring them together on the court, which could better their title chances. Read More »

Chris Paul To The Cleveland Cavaliers?

By Kenneth Brown | Sep 22, 2014 01:09 PM EDT

LeBron James can be seen as one greedy man, given that he usually gets what he wants. He wanted to join the Miami Heat to play with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, and he did that, and now he's returned to the Cleveland Cavaliers, and roped in NBA stars Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love to play alongside him and close friend Tristan Thompson, and now he's been hanging out with close friend Chris Paul, prompting rumours that he might be the next star to join their super team. Also, could their be Premier League rivalry between the Arsenal and Liverpool fans? Read More »
