Just ahead of the festivities at the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con, Doctor Who star Peter Capaldi has officially announced that he wants his costar, Jenna Coleman to stay on the series with him after the upcoming season 9 episodes. We'll find out plenty of details about the new episodes, but we haven't heard much about Coleman's plans for afterwards. There's no denying that Michelle Gomez's all-too-short stint as "Missy" in Doctor Who season 8 was a magnificent take on "The Master," creating another layer of the BBC series' nemesis figure - so why did she have to get killed off so easily?
