Were the Dallas Cowboys and Dez Bryant robbed by the refs when they overturned Bryant's seemingly amazing catch from quarterback Tony Romo in favor of the Green Bay Packers late in their NFL playoff matchup? The catch that wasn't a catch — taking place with 4:37 to go in the fourth quarter and the Cowboys trailing 26-21, prompted ref Gene Steratore to overturn the call on the field that ruled that Bryant had caught the bomb right at the edge of the Cowboys end zone. Today fans and media members are crying foul, with some going so far to say there's an NFL conspiracy. Read More »

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers won the NFL MVP in 2011 and was on a short list to win the award again this season. But he stunk Sunday, Dec. 14. Stunk — and the Packers dropped a head-turner of an upset to the Buffalo Bills 21-13. How bad was Rodgers? For the first time in his career, Rodgers didn't throw a touchdown and had two interceptions in a regular season game, according to the broadcast. Rodgers hadn't had a zero touchdown/two interception game since the 2010 NFC Championship, although Rodgers did run for a touchdown in that game. Another difference: The Packers won. They lost Sunday for just the fourth time this season and first since Oct. 26 against the New Orleans Saints. That was also the last time Rodgers had been intercepted. The Packers clearly go where Rodgers takes them. There have only been four times that the All-Pro has failed to reach 200 passing yards in a game, and Green Bay has lost three of those games, according to ESPN. Read More »

The NFL's "Greatest ever quarterback" debate has been done a million times. Debate one-million-and-one is here. Forgetting the elite quarterbacks or the past, present and future, without a doubt Peyton Manning, now of the Denver Broncos, and the retired Brett Favre, most famously of the Green Bay Packers, are two of the best quarterbacks ever. Which one is better you ask? As Peyton moves close to overtaking Brett in the 500-touchdown club, it's never been clearer; there is no better than Peyton, but does he need one more Super Bowl win to to top his brother Eli Manning and Favre?
