It looks as if golfer Tiger Woods is having a difficult time – not as difficult as that 2009 cheating scandal that rocked his and ex-wife Elin Nordegren’s marriage – finding humor in Golf Digest’s newest (fake) interview. According to reports, sportswriter Dan Jenkins wrote an imagined conversation between he and the famed golfer. Apparently, after reading, Woods took to Derek Jeters’ famed forum The Players’ Tribune to express his disinterest in Jenkins article, saying, “Journalistically and ethically, can you sink any lower?” Read More »

‘The Comeback’ Star Laura Silverman [EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW]

By Kyle Dowling | Nov 16, 2014 11:00 PM EST

Season 2 of HBO's The Comeback returned to the network just last week (Sunday, Nov. 9). Earlier tonight, episode 2 aired and displayed the return of Jane! Played by actress Laura Silverman, Jane stood as the eyes and ears of The Comeback (in the show) throughout Season 1 - somewhat acting as the audience to a degree. During tonight's episode, we find her character rather reluctant to get back into the swing of things, mainly due to the harsh reality of Hollywood. Regardless, either with her immense charm or unbelievable persistence, Valerie manages to bring Jane back to the team to shoot some BTS (that's behind the scenes!) footage of her new series Seeing Red. Laura Silverman recently spoke with MStars News about the return of The Comeback, the genius behind Lisa Kudrow and Michael Patrick King's writing and her future own plans! Read More »

'Elle' Magazine's Myla Dalbesio 'Plus Size' Controversy UPDATE: Magazine Clears Up What 'Plus Size' Really Means

By Elena Lopez | Nov 15, 2014 12:43 PM EST

The phrase "plus size" has been thrown around the Internet a lot over the past few days, fueled largely by an ELLE.com interview with model Myla Dalbesio. Dalbesio spoke to ELLE.com about her latest gig, modeling for Calvin Klein's "Perfectly Fit" campaign alongside big names such as Lara Stone, Jourdan Dunn, and Ji Hye Park. She spoke about "what a great feeling" it was to book that job, when, at a size 10, Dalbesio said that she is "not skinny enough to be with the skinny girls and I'm not large enough to be with the large girls." She added: "I haven't been able to find my place." According to Gary Dakin, Dalbesio's agent, the models in the plus-size subset can be categorized as "over a size 8-10." But he clarified that Myla is much more than just her size. "You don't turn down a face like Myla's," he says. Read More »

Taylor Swift Talks Being Single After One Direction's Harry Styles Breakup

By Larry Abuliak | Nov 11, 2014 04:37 PM EST

Taylor Swift has been on a nonstop publicity tour promoting her new album "1989," but when you think the "Shake It Off" singer has done it all, she surprises her fans with a new look. On the cover of the new issue of "Wonderland Magazine," Taylor's almost unrecognizable with slick-back hair, understated makeup and a plain white BOSS sweater. In the mag, she gives her opinion on social media and how it has affected not only celebrities, but society in general. "Twitter's dark underbelly is that it gives people a veil of anonymity: they can have a terrible day at work, feel awful about themselves, come home and get drunk and go call someone ugly on Instagram," she said. "If people don't have anyone to talk to about [their problems], they go online and just say wicked, gross, cruel, mean-spirited things about people. I wrote 'Shake It Off' for my own situation, but also for the situation that everyone finds themselves in now. It's not a celebrity issue, it's a people issue." The music superstar is also content with where her life is right now, especially not being in a relationship after failed romances with One Direction's Harry Styles, Taylor Lautner, Jake Gyllenhaal and John Mayer. "I've been with myself for so long now, I like it. I'm not willing to give up that independence for anyone," according to the mag. "Basically, there's the tiniest, tiniest, tiniest chance you might find someone you can have a real and long-lasting relationship with. In my teenage years, I was enamored by the idea of romance because I thought it was going to be this 'happily ever after' situation." Read More »

By Kyle Dowling | Nov 11, 2014 12:37 PM EST

One might think that Daily Show host Jon Stewart enjoys discussing politics. And while it’s true he very well may, his opinion of the ones he’s reporting on is rather dour (but true). Over the weekend, the comedian sat down with CBS’ Sunday Morning correspondent Mo Rocca – who was a once-upon-a-time correspondent at the Daily Show – and told them that he believes politicians are “salespeople” – citing a number of interviews he’s conducted in the past. In fact, when it comes to interviewing them, he “despises” it. Read More »

Jennifer Aniston Talks Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie In 'Harper's Bazaar'

By Larry Abuliak | Nov 11, 2014 11:35 AM EST

Jennifer Aniston has a hot movie career and a hot boyfriend to boot. The "Horrible Bosses 2" star graces the cover of the December 2014/January 2015 issue of "Harper's Bazaar" and talked to the magazine about her outlook on life as she has gotten older as well as her love life. The 45-year-old actress feels she has grown a lot in the past two decades to be able to have a relationship. "I've had more fun post-40 than I can remember, from a work point of view, a physical point of view, a psychotherapeutic point of view," she said. "It really helped me get to a place where I was more comfortable with myself, truly ready for love and for a partner. The past wasn't 'less than.' It was extremely important to my growth as a woman." "If you take the law of attraction, if you only love yourself 70 percent, that's what's going to come back to you," the former "Friends" star continued. "So you fill up that 30 percent, then all of a sudden there's this pure, good love standing right in front of you. Then you realize, 'Oh, this can be easy! It doesn't have to be so hard.'" Jennifer's personal evolution has also led her to put the past behind her, especially when it comes to her ex-husband Brad Pitt and his wife Angelina Jolie. "[I'm] a forgiving person," according to the mag. "I absolutely am. I think it's extremely important to forgive. Otherwise it just builds up like toxic waste. There's nothing worse than holding a grudge. Listen, people can do unforgivable things, but you have to let it go and say, 'Look, we're all human beings. We make mistakes.' To hold any kind of resentment is like taking rat poison and waiting for the rat to die." Read More »
