According to a recent lawsuit against Jay Leno, a Long Island woman has accused the Tonight Show host of implying that she had inappropriate relations with a pet rat. The host Jack Rafferty (portrayed by comedic actor Timothy Stack) happened upon a dynamic duo of sorts this time when he caught Will and Monifa Sims pumping gas.
