Barneys New York, luxury specialty retailer, announced recently its 2014 Holiday campaign: BAZ DAZZLED Holiday; a collaboration with world renowned writer/director/producer Baz Luhrmann and his wife, costume designer and collaborator Catherine Martin. Each year, Barneys taps someone famous to collaborate on a campaign and limited edition collection for the holidays. Rapper Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter has bought an interest in the Armand de Brignac luxury champagne label owned by Sovereign Brands, a closely held wine and liquor company in New York. The "Empire State of Mind" rapper has long been associated with Armand de Brignac, the champagne known as "Ace of Spades," promoting it in his music videos and public appearances. The Ace of Spades brand is known for its metallic bottles, which are made by hand at the Cattier family's 251-year-old chateau in Chigny-les-Roses, France. Angie Martinez has made yet another power move in her legendary career. "The Voice of New York" radio host announced that she's now part of longtime friend Jay-Z's Roc Nation management lineup. Martinez joined the team Tuesday, Nov. 4, which can be seen on the company's website. With a new album, endorsement deals and an international tour, the superstar grew her fortune by an estimated $115 million in just 12 months. In 2013, Beyonce earned $53 million.
