Are San Francisco 49ers star quarterback Colin Kaepernick and coach Jim Harbaugh done in San Fran? It certainly looks that way, with the team looking like a "dumpster fire" after a disastrous 24-13 loss to the 2-11 Oakland Raiders. The calls for Kaepernick to go are getting louder and indications that Harbaugh will leave after this season are becoming more clear. The questions facing the 49ers are whether or not they'll stick with Kaepernick at quarterback or pick his replacement in the NFL draft and what they can get for Harbaugh in a trade with the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins or Raiders.
