'Suits' Season 5 Premiere Spoilers: Twitter Reacts Patrick J Adams' Mike Ross Trial Twist!

Season 5 of Suits continues after its midseason premiere on USA Network. Twitter had lots to say about Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) and Harvey Spector (Gabriel Macht) heading into trial as the charges of fraud and lies mounted up.

In our previous recap, while Gibbs was building her case against Mike, Jack Soloff (John Pyper-Ferguson) realized he had nowhere else to go and decided to side with Jessica (Gina Torres). Knowing she was the key to the case, Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) went after Sheila (Rachael Harris) and tried to convince her to leave to Argentina. Though their reunion was cut short, Louis asked for a second chance to see Scottie again when the case is over.

In our recent recap, a rift was torn between Mike and Harvey as they made up their own trial run. Not only did Mike make a fool out of Spector, Harvey got Rachel (Meghan Markle) to reveal that she had an affair and cheated on Ross. Though Harvey grilled Trevor and Jimmy incriminated himself on the stand, Donna (Sarah Rafferty) lost a big win for the team. Because Louis could be charged with witness tampering, he is actually thinking of betraying the firm.

In an interview with Buddy TV, creator/showrunner Aaron Korsh reveals what's next, "Yes, there will be a resolution to this issue by the end of the season. There is sort of a cliffhanger, maybe two. There's one thing that may be unexpected and then there's another thing that's hopefully unexpected and could be considered a cliffhanger, but it's certainly a twist. That's how I would describe it. It's not necessarily like Mike getting arrested that big of a cliffhanger. I hope it packs a punch."
