Saif Ali Khan Shares Intimate Scenes With 'XXX 3' Star Deepika Padukone in 'Race 3?'

If the latest reports are to be believed, then actor Saif Ali Khan is all set to woo the audience in the third installment of the action-thriller film Race, titled Race 3. Reportedly, Saif will be sharing the screen with XXX 3 actress Deepika Padukone as both of them were together in Race 2. However, nothing has been officially confirmed either by Saif or Deepika.

A source close to the production shared the new with The Asian Age that the script of Race 3 is still undergoing many changes and the writing team is working on a few different ideas. The team intends to have a brief session with Saif once the final draft of the action film is ready.

"Action, romance and thrills are integral to the franchise, so obviously, they won't be drifting away from that. But they want to surprise the audience with some great content. So they want to give the script as much time it requires, getting it spot on."

Khan, whose last outing Phantom failed to run at the box-office, is currently busy shooting for director Vishal Bhardwaj's Rangoon. Besides Khan, the film also stars Kangana Ranaut and Shahid Kapoor. While Padukone is busy shooting in Toronto for xXx: The Return of Xander Cage. So far, the actress has not confirmed anything about her Bollywood projects.

If everything goes as planned, then the duo will be reviving their sizzling chemistry onscreen after giving hit films like Cocktail, Love Aaj Kal and Race 2. Recently, when actress Kareena Kapoor Khan was asked to name an actress, whose onscreen chemistry worked well with husband Saif, she named Deepika. Kareena was quoted by Business of Cinema as she thinks that Saif looks exceptionally good with Deepika on screen.

"They were great in Love Aaj Kal, Cocktail. It is not necessary that real life chemistry has to transform into reel life. And reel life does not necessarily be in real life. We are performing at the end of the day."

Considering the fact that Saif's character ended with Deepika's in Race 2, it is likely to believe that the duo will again be a part of Race 3. However, this is only wishful thinking at this point.
