After Mastizaade, One Night Stand is Leone's second release in 2016. Recently, the actress grabbed headlines for slapping a journalist at Holi event in Surat, Gujarat. It is speculated that the reporter had asked Leone about the amount she charges for night programmes. However, the actress clarified later by tweeting that the news was false and was based on rumours.

Apart from One Night Stand, Leone will be doing an item number which is a recreated version of the song, "Laila O Laila" from the film Qurbani with the actor Shah Rukh Khan in his upcoming film Raees.
