An alleged stalker of Taylor Swift was arrested by Austin Police after the man followed Taylor's motorcade to the airport right after her COTA concert. The man is said to threaten violence against the singer last month.

According to Kxan, the 39-year-old Frank Andrew Hoover has been accused of repeated violations of a protective order, a third felony. He was arrested by the Austin Police and booked into the Travis County Jail at 3 p.m. last Thursday and bond to set USD 100,000.

During the night of Taylor's performance on October 22, the Austin Police were dispatched to the Atlantic Aviation Fixed Base Operations at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Reports claim that Taylor was about to leave together with her father and mother when Frank Hoover seen arrived at the airport and attempted to take picture of the singer, as per Wgrz.

Frank Hoover is placed previously under a restraining order filed by Taylor Swift denoting that he is not allowed within 500 feet near Taylor. Meanwhile, by the time the police got to the airport, Taylor's plane already left and Hoover was arrested.

The police report stated that Hoover had walked within 20-50 feet near the motorcade of Taylor that night and had talked to an employee inside. When the employee noticed that the man's questions look like out of place, the employee hurriedly called the security guard to tell about Hoover.

A few minutes later, the security guard went and looked for Frank Hoover and found him staring out the window at Taylor's plane. Frank Hoover allegedly told the security guard that he was there to take a picture with Taylor Swift and possibly had accompanies Taylor wherever she goes.

It has also been found that on September 17, Frank Hoover allegedly wrote Taylor Swift's father 30 "harassing emails" sent between August 28 and October 27. The emails, state that, "without her, I walk the earth alone forever and she'll continue to experience failed relationships that break her heart. More so, the emails "began escalating into threats," for other topics such as "earthquakes, Satan's lies, God, forgiveness, job opportunities, and partnership" were included.
