Raising children can be difficult and it is a struggle that many parents know and this fact is shared by the royalty too. Prince William shares his struggles with his children Prince George and Princess Charlotte with his wife, Princess Kate Middleton on a popular Vietnamese TV show.

In an interview with "Talk Vietnam," Prince William reveals that parenting his children together with the Duchess of Cambridge hasn't exactly been a smooth-sailing ride. The prince shared that he is constantly challenged with parenting and states that his life was forever changed when he became a married man with two kids.

He shares that his son, Prince George, is a "rascal" but adds that he is "sweet," Vanity Fair notes. The royalty reveals that having a daughter, Princess Charlotte, is also a struggle as he had never had sisters before and therefore clueless on how girls are supposed to be raised. Prince William praised the Duchess who he says is a good wife and mother to his kids. He is thankful for the Princess Kate's support all throughout the process as well.

Prince William hopes that his two children would not grow up being dependent and materialistic. Rather, he wants them to grow up to be humble and simplistic especially coming from royal backgrounds. He wants them to grow up to be kind and have a widened perspective of the world around them.

After the interview circulated on the internet, many criticized the Duke of Cambridge because being royalty gave him and his family privilege with a palace full of staff. What adds fuel to the fire is the news that the government will be giving millions to the Royals to repair Buckingham Palace.

According to the Mirror, a petition was started citing for the Queen to shoulder the expenses of the 10-year project instead of getting the funds from the coffers of the people. They added that the £369 million budget could have been used for other sectors such as hospitals and schools.
